四手联弹 摘星盛宴 | Star Hunting Feast @The St Regis Zhuhai

2019年3月12至16日期间,珠海瑞吉酒店 LaBrezza 意大利餐厅特邀卢森堡餐厅 Château de Bourglinster(于1988年获评米其林一星)主厨 René Mathieu 与 Michele 强强联手,在云端奉上以健康蔬食为主打的精致创意料理,在珠海首次呈现米其林星厨盛宴。
For a limited time only, from 12th to 16th March, LaBrezza has invited René Mathieu, Chef de Cuisine of Château de Bourglinster (awarded with one Michelin Star since 1988) to The St. Regis Zhuhai, presents starred four-hands menu of emancipatory cuisine featuring vegetal cooking with Michele Tenzone, Chef de Cuisine of LaBrezza Italian Restaurant, bringing the very first exquisite feast by a Michelin chef in Zhuhai.

作为一名美食家、诗人、草药师和蔬食爱好者,René Mathieu 于1986年在 Le Capucin Gourmand Restaurant (比利时,Baillonville)开始了他的职业生涯,并首次获评米其林一星。自2005年起,他担任 Château de Bourglinster 餐厅的行政总厨,包括米其林星级餐厅 La Distillerie。他在2010年被评为年度最佳厨师,并获得了 Gault&Millau 18/20 评级。在此之前,他曾连续三年担任卢森堡大公和大公夫人的行政总厨。
A gastronome, poet, herbalist, lover of vegetables, René Mathieu began his career in 1986 at Le Capucin Gourmand Restaurant (Baillonville, Belgium) where he obtained his first Michelin star. Since 2005, he is the Executive Chef of the Restaurants at Château de Bourglinster, including Michelin starred La Distillerie. He was named Chef of the Year in 2010 and received the Gault & Millau 18/20 rating. Prior to that, he was for 3 years the Executive Chef of Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg.

Michele Tenzone 出生于意大利 Bali,这个城市坐落在意大利东南部普利亚大区的海域。他毕业于家乡的烹饪学院 Armando Perotti,其基本原则是坚持使用优质原料食材。凭借其在多间星级餐厅拥有超过10年的工作经验,在2012-2017之间,他与厨师 Ilario Mosconi 一起在 Mosconi 餐厅工作。目前,Michele Tenzone 是位于中国珠海瑞吉酒店的美食餐厅 LaBrezza 的行政主厨。
Michele Tenzone was born in Bari, a city bathed by the sea of the Puglia region in the southeast of Italy. Graduate of the culinary institute “Armando Perotti” from his hometown, he begins to cultivate and develop his passion for cooking with the fundamental principle that the respectful use of high-quality raw materials makes the difference. With more than 10 years of experience in various starred restaurants, he moved to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg where, between 2012-2017, he worked alongside the chef Ilario Mosconi at the “Restaurant Mosconi” (2 stars). Currently, Michele Tenzone is Chef de Cuisine of the gastronomic restaurant “LaBrezza” at The St. Regis Zhuhai.
