CHR is called after “Café Hôtel Restaurant” ; this is a group of French professionals involved in the «Food & Beverage » industry, all based in Asia. The community’s aim is to promote French cuisine in Asia by sharing the professionals know-how.
The first event was held on May 30th, 2016 in Guangzhou. It was a culinary competition between Chefs and focused on three themes : savory, sweet and cocktails. Every Chef used as a base the same ingredient : the raspberry.
