On November 29, Greater Bay (Foshan) International Convention & Exhibition Industry Summit and GICEC 2nd Anniversary was held at GICEC. The theme of event was “Taking the industries as an engine to promote the integrated and innovative development of industries and exhibitions in the Greater Bay Area”.

Beginning with discussing about the national status, the prospects and the development of exhibition industry itself in Greater Bay Area, the organizers, Guangdong Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Foshan Sino-German Robotation Academy Co., Ltd., hoped to analyze with the elites from different walks of life the development trend of Foshan’s exhibition industry which is led by GICEC, China’s exhibition industry as well as Greater Bay Area as a whole, at the macroscopic level.

Considering GICEC is situated in Foshan, the birthplace of Lingnan Culture, traditional Lion Dance and Wing Chun performance are indispensable. GICEC is also a professional platform with international networking, so San Jiao Ling decided to build a holographic projection stage with clear and vivid images. The performance become more dynamic and engaging as video objects appear to be floating in space in volumetric 3D, allowing the audience to interact with these 3D objects and having them experience the virtual reality on site. The feature of a lion was portraited inclusively and graphically, revealing its power and drunkenness. A Latin Band was also invited. It was fantastic to take a sip of cocktail while the music was around.
