2017 DCIC（Delta Creativity and Innovation Celebration）第二届粤港澳大湾区创意创新盛典新闻发布会于9月15日在中新广州知识城腾飞园举办。广州是海上丝绸之路的重要城市，这里更是粤港澳地区创意和创新萌发和生长的重要腹地。作为在广州举办的为数不多的面向国际的商业活动之一，粤港澳大湾区创意创新盛典自去年首届（原“珠三角创意创新盛典”）举办以来，不仅受到了政府部门，各国领事机构，本土及跨国企业等社会各界及媒体的广泛关注，更是将一批走在创意和创新前沿的企业，推上了国际化的舞台，与世界接轨，把一个极具创意和创新能力的粤港澳大湾区形象展现在世界的面前。
2017 DCIC (Delta Creativity and Innovation Celebration) Press Conference was held on 15th September in the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City. Guangzhou is an important city on the Maritime Silk Road and it is also the key city of creativity and innovation in the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau region. DCIC is one of the very few innovation business events with an international focus to be held in Guangzhou. Since its first edition last year, DCIC has not only received attention and cooperation from Chinese government departments, Foreign Consulate General offices, local and multinational corporations as well as mass media attentions, but also helped a group of companies who are in the forefront of creativity and innovation with getting onto the international stage, showing the world a very creative and innovative image of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Greater Bay Area.
第二届粤港澳大湾区创意创新盛典是由立足粤港澳大湾区的创新型企业三角铃主办，广州中新知识城开发有限公司协办的一场展现大湾区企业创意创新风采的国际盛会。此次盛会将持续发掘和关注粤港澳大湾区创新型企业。今年关于企业的报名流程和评选活动较首届有了更多的细化和升级，在评审团方面更是邀请到了法国，荷兰，挪威，澳大利亚，比利时，印度等国驻穗总领事，美国华南商会，西班牙商会，法国澳门商会等各国驻华南商会，中新广州知识城，香港兰桂坊集团，TÜV莱茵等在粤港澳大湾区极具影响力的企业及来自商界学界的领军人物。
2017 DCIC is organised by San Jiao Ling (Delta Bridges), a creativity and innovation focused media platform and public relations company, co-organising with Sino-Singapore Knowledge City. 2017 DCIC is the second edition and will continue to explore and focus more on creative and innovative companies in the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau region. This year, DCIC has brought many further refinement and upgrade to enterprise registration process and competition activities than the first edition. For members of the jury, DCIC has invited consul generals of France, the Netherlands, Norway, Australia, Belgium, India and other countries in Guangzhou, delegates from American Chamber of Commerce South China, Spanish Chamber of Commerce South China, the French Chamber of Commerce in Macau, together with delegates from Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, Hong Kong Lan Kwai Fong Group, TÜV Rheinland and other international corporations in Guangdong and Hong Kong and Macau region as well as delegates from regional and international highly influential enterprises, business leaders and famous scholars.
据了解，本届盛典企业的报名注册截止日期为10月8日，去年首届盛典参赛企业多达132家，今年有望突破160家，并预计将有约40家海外企业参加此次评选。参赛企业将从建筑与城市发展，创意产业，孵化器与加速器，信息技术，医疗与生物技术，新能源与清洁技术，智能技术与先进制造，旅游与娱乐8个竞赛门类进行角逐。通过主办⽅审议，每个竞赛门类各甄选出5家或以上入围企业进行提名，并于10月15日产生各竞赛门类企业提名名单。届时，被提名的40余家企业将在10月15日至31日期间接受评审团的评估并排名，最终的排名将保密至颁奖晚宴揭晓。所有受提名企业将受邀参加11月10日在广州花园酒店举办的颁奖晚宴。当晚将揭晓8个评审团大奖及3个现场观众投票产生的最佳人气奖。
Applicants Registration Deadline for 2017 DCIC is 8th October. According to DCIC official statistics, the first edition has attracted 132 company participants last year. This year, the number of company participant is expected to break through 160, and is expected to have about 40 overseas companies to participate. Registered companies will compete in eight categories, including Architecture & Urban Development, Creative Industries, Incubators & Accelerators, Information Technology, Medical & Biotechnology, New Energy & Clean Technologies, Smart Technology & Advanced Manufacturing, Tourism & Entertainment. Following the Organisers’ deliberation, for each of the 8 award categories, 5 or more companies will be selected as Nominees. The list of Nominees will be release on 15th October. The Jury Boards of DCIC will evaluate and rank all Nominees during the period of 15th to 31st October. The exact ranking will be kept secret till the DCIC Award Ceremony & Gala Dinner. All Nominees will be invited to join the DCIC Award Ceremony & Gala Dinner which will be held at Garden Hotel Guangzhou on 10th November. The 8 jury awards, along with 3 Public Awards voted by the audience, will be handed to the winners at the DCIC Award Ceremony Gala dinner.
