法国驻华大使馆为2019年“建筑在行动”系列讲座第二期邀请到法国建筑师贝尔纳·德穆兰，他将以“21世纪的博物馆”为主题发言。
For the second event of the series of conferences of the Architecture in Action 2019, the French Embassy in China invites French architect Bernard Desmoulin to speak on the topic “The Museum of the 21st Century”.
贝尔纳·德穆兰将介绍建筑本身在博物馆项目中的重要地位，思考一座博物馆建筑在这其中扮演怎样的角色。它应该被看作一个简单的“外壳”，作为参观过程中展览品的简易贮藏所吗？或者说恰恰相反，建筑本身就应该成为一件作品，哪怕与其展示的其他作品相互干扰？
Bernard Desmoulin will discuss the important place that architecture occupies in a museum project, while raising the question of the role played by a museum building. Should it appear as a simple “shell”, serving as a minimalist receptacle to the exhibits that are the object of the visit? Or should the architectural structure, on the contrary, become work in turn, at the risk of interfering with the collections presented?
博物馆建筑的演变让我们对贯穿博物馆历史的问题，如博物馆建筑在它所在土地上的角色，其参观者的变化还有它们传达的价值，有一个宏观的了解。
The evolution of museum architecture gives us an insight into the issues that have gone through the history of museums, their role in the territory where they are located, the evolution of their public, and the values they must deliver.
从“神庙式的博物馆”到启蒙运动，博物馆是过去时代的见证并且只对少数社会精英开放，而今日的博物馆更像是一处公共场地，一个存在于当下，大多数人都可进入的文化和辩论场所，从某种意义上讲，它是一种“论坛式的博物馆”。21世纪的博物馆建筑设计应当将这些演变考虑在内，博物馆空间已成为一个媒介，一个相遇、学习和娱乐的场所。
From a “temple museum” to the Age of Enlightenment, from witness of the old times to whose access was granted for only a few elites, through evolutions, the museum today is considered more like a public space, a place of culture and debates, and is accessible to the greatest number, making it a “forum museum” in a way. The museum as a building in the 21st century must take into account these evolutions, it has become a place of mediation, meetings, but also learning and leisure.
