2018年2月8日，中新广州知识城腾飞园迎来了两项重大合作的利好消息。广州腾飞园分别与正中医药集团及优客工场签署了合作协议，国际化生物医药产业总部和中新广州知识城首个为中国创造力阶层赋能的共享办公空间落户新加坡星桥腾飞集团旗下的广州腾飞园。同日，中新合作重大科研项目中新国际联合研究院合作方签订合作意向，联手启动修建科研办公大楼。
On 8th Feb., 2018, Ascendas OneHub Guangzhou Knowledge City (referred to as “Ascendas OneHub GKC”) signed cooperation agreements with UCOMMUNE (Beijing) Venture Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as “UCOMMUNE”) to build the first co-working space specially designed for China’s creative and innovative generation in the Ascendas OneHub GKC Business Park by Asendas-Sinobridge Group, and with Genzon Group to build an international bio-engineering and pharmaceutical industry headquarter. Meanwhile, Sino-Singapore International Joint Research Institute, which is a major Sino-Singapore co-engineered project, signed a memorandum of intent with Ascendas OneHub GKC to build a Scientific Research Building.

The representative of Ascendas OneHub GKC, Mr. Ng Kok Siong, EVP, Sustainable Urban Development of Ascendas-Singbridge Group, CEO of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment and Development Co., Ltd, GM of Ascendas OneHub GKC signed individual agreements with Mr. Ren Qi, Vice President of Genzon Group, Ms. Hope Liu, Vice President of UCOMMUNE, Mr. Yu Long, Dean of Sino-Singapore International Joint Research Institute.
