For the first time, Forbes Travel Guide awarded its highlycoveted Forbes Five Stars to Robuchon au Dôme, an e levated French dining experience on Grand Lisboa’s uppermost level with spectacular views overlooking Macau. Robuchon au Dôme is one of just five new restaurants in Macau t o receive the Forbes Five-Star honour this year.

Robuchon au Dôme, now officially ranked as a Forbes Five-Star restaurant, plays a key role in lifting Macau’s culinary scene to new heights and an active part in showcasing Macau as a Creative City of Gastronomy. The restaurant’s new Forbes Five-Star status also further elevates Macau as Asia’s leading culinary destination. At the helm of Robuchon au Dôme is Executive Chef Julien Tongourian. During his culinary career, Chef Julien was fortunate to work alongside master chef Joël Robuchon. Today, Ch ef Julien works passionately with his team to carry on the extraordinary culinary traditions of Joël Robuchon for guests of Robuchon au Dôme at Grand Lisboa.
“天巢法國餐廳”由Alan Chan與來自東京Curiosity Inc.的法國設計師Gwenael Nicolas聯手打造，亦是全澳唯一的米芝蓮三星法國餐廳，位於新葡京酒店43層的穹頂之下，俯瞰澳門絕美天際線。一款令人嘆為觀止的水晶大吊燈，形似歌劇家的優雅高定禮服，鑲嵌著13萬顆施華洛世奇水晶，猶如瀑布般從19米高的圓頂天花板傾泄而下，在光潔地板的映襯下，愈加熠熠生輝。Zitan椅子采用現代風尚設計，為室內增添一縷法國風情。
Designed by Alan Chan in collaboration with French designer Gwenael Nicolas from Tokyo-based Curiosity Inc., Robuchon au Dôme has wo n numerous awards since its opening, and remains as the only Michelin three-star Western restaurant in Macau. Situated in the dome of Grand Lisboa’s 43rd floor, it offers 360-degree views of the magnificent Macau skyline. A breathtaking chandelier designed to resemble an elegant couture gown of an opera singer, features 130,000 Swarovski crystals and cascades from the centre of the 19-meter domed ceiling. The shiny flooring beneath reflects the chandelier, to add more depth to the space. Zitan chairs designed with a contemporary touch, add French flair to the interior.
