2019年5月21日晚，广州花园酒店在名仕阁餐厅举行了“品味菲律宾”菲律宾美食品尝会。本次品尝会由花园酒店客座厨师、来自菲律宾的知名大厨Michelle Adrillana倾力打造。会上，Michelle大厨奉上杯装牛尾牛面颊肉、阿斗波风味利疏多饭团等融汇创新烹调手法的菲律宾风味美食，为在座宾客展现了极富个人风格的“菲”凡佳肴。
On 21st May, LN Garden Hotel, Guangzhou hosted its ‘A Taste of the Philippines’ Chef’s Degustation Dinner at The Connoisseur. Chef Michelle Adrillana, from the Philippines, conducted the degustation dinner and showcased her culinary skills through personal signatures including Sisig Tostadas – a delicate dish of minced oxtail and beef cheeks with aromatics prepared on crispy cups, Adobo Arancini – a modern twist of Philippine’s reputable Adobo dish, and other delicacies.
从业逾10年的Michelle大厨，作为菲律宾明星厨师、菲律宾美食代言人、世界厨师协会联合会旗下LTB Philippines Chefs Association成员之一，在当地颇具知名度。她热衷推广菲律宾美食，多次与菲律宾驻外领事馆等机构合作，并曾于2015年4月作客广州花园酒店，出任客座名厨。
Filipino celebrity chef with over 10 years of experience, lifestyle cooking show host, entrepreneur, LTB chef, and brand endorser, Chef Michelle Adrillana is a Filipino cuisine advocate who has been closely working with Philippine Consulates and Embassies across the globe in advocating Filipino cuisine and culture. She was also a guest chef to LN Garden Hotel, Guangzhou in April, 2015.
