中法当代艺术中心宣布，将携手香港纱厂国际集团，成立国际艺术与时尚设计的跨界平台“一线时尚”。“一线时尚”将于今年与明年重点打造“时尚大浪计划”，及筹划“2019年圣埃蒂安国际设计双年展”。将时尚与设计、生产、销售连成一线；将中法设计大师、艺术家连成一线，掀起前所未有的时尚新浪潮。
The Sino-French Contemporary Art Centre announced that it will join hands with the Hong Kong Spinner International Group to establish a cross-border platform for international art and fashion design — the “Avant Fashion” platform. The “Avant Fashion” platform will focus on creating a “La Route des Talents” program in this and the coming year, and to plan for the 2019 Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Etienne. The “Avant Fashion” platform aims to bring fashion and design, production and sales into one line; to link Chinese and French design masters and artists into one line, creating an unprecedented wave of fashion.
“一线时尚”平台主要是通过在法国建立辐射欧洲的时尚设计产业研发中心，整合欧洲优质时尚资源，培养中法设计菁英，进而通过时尚设计版权交易平台，完成品牌孵化和IP授权，最终向相关企业输出研发成果，解决企业在创新转型升级中的切实痛点。
Through the establishment of a fashion design industry R&D centre in France and the integration of European high-quality fashion resources, the “Avant Fashion” platform aims to train Sino-French design elites, then through the fashion design copyright trading platforms to complete brand incubation and IP licensing. Ultimately, the platform will provide its R&D results to help relevant companies with resolving their major difficulties during enterprises transformation and upgrading.
中法当代艺术中心樊哲先生在发布会上，首先简单介绍了中法当代艺术中心，以及塞尔维·诺德艺术庄园，并介绍了中法当代艺术中心在“一线时尚”平台所扮演的角色。香港纱厂国际集团有限公司执行董事王𦦵桦先生介绍了“一线时尚”平台的成立背景与使命。他表示：“中法当代艺术中心的时尚设计资源正是我们企业转型升级过程中所亟需的重要推动力”。双方代表进行了简单而隆重的仪式，宣布“一线时尚”平台正式成立。
At the press conference, representative of the Sino-French Contemporary Art Centre, Mr. Fan Zhe briefly introduced the Centre as well as its relevant project Chambon-sur-Lignon with emphasizing the important role of the Centre that plays in building the “Avant Fashion” platform. Mr. James St Wang Jr., CEO of Hong Kong Spinner International Group, introduced the background and vision of the establishment of the “Avant Fashion” platform. He said: “The fashion design resources of the Sino-French Contemporary Art Centr is an important impetus that is needed in the process of our company’s transformation and upgrading.” Representatives from the two sides held a simple and solemn ceremony to announce the establishment of the “Avant Fashion” platform.

After the establishment of the “Avant Fashion” platform, one of the most important objective is to create a “La Route des Talents” program that explores for new forces in fashion design. Both the Sino-French Contemporary Art Centre and the Hong Kong Spinner International Group attach equal importance to heritage. While inheriting the good traditions from predecessors, we must also open up new directions for newcomers. The “La Route des Talents” program will take advantage of China will become the host country of the 2019 Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Etienne. This is a unique opportunity to integrate the top fashion resources of China and France with Sino-French design elites who has his/her own independent design language in the fields of fashion, art, design, and architecture, to provide these elites a wide range of cross-border cooperation and development platforms.
