2018年11月16日，比利时驻广州总领事馆举办“比利时国王日”庆祝活动，邀请比利时和中国两方代表以及各驻穗总领事馆成员到场，同时推广比利时的美食和美酒。
On 16th November, the Belgian Consulate in Guangzhou organised an evening banquet for the annual Belgian Kings Day, inviting Belgian and Chinese representatives as well as members of other consulates to come and celebrate around Belgian food and drinks.
宾客到场后，庆祝活动以两国国歌揭幕，随后是比利时驻广州总领事邵德辉，以及广东省副省长张光军做开场致辞。
Once the guests arrived, the celebration started with the national anthem of the two countries, followed by a speech from Mr. Joris Salden, the Consul General of Belgium in Guangzhou, and another speech from Mr. Zhang Guangjun, Vice-Governor of Guangdong province.
演讲结束后，晚宴正式开放，并在享用比利时美食和美酒的同时进行交流活动。领事馆及其工作人员感谢所有到场嘉宾及活动赞助商，感谢他们在组织活动方面给予的大力支持。
After the speeches, the evening banquet was formally opened and guests could socialize while enjoying Belgian food and drinks. The Consulate and its staff would like to thank all the guests for attending and the sponsors for their great help in organising the event.
