The European Chamber is pleased to announce that sponsorship opportunities are now available. Sponsors could select Promotional Packages for the 2021 European Chamber Business Award Gala Sponsorship.
中国欧盟商会高兴地宣布，颁奖晚宴的活动赞助计划现已正式开放。有意向的企业可参详“欧盟商会2021年度颁奖晚宴”赞助方案。

There are 4 sponsorship categories available:
Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Supporter 赞助商可选择铂金、黄金、白银、支持者四类赞助方式。

For instance, the Platinum Sponsorship package (40,000 for members and 50,000 for non-members) will include the following benefits
以铂金赞助商(会员企业4万元，非会员企业5万元）为例，您将享受以下福利:

  1. A table of 10 will be offered to sponsor by the European Chamber displaying the sponsor’s logo.
    中国欧盟商会将为赞助企业提供一张10人桌的晚宴VIP席位，并在桌上展示赞助企业logo。
  2. Media coverage before and after the event. Before the event, the European Chamber will use all online and offline channels to promote this event, on every event promotional material, there will be sponsor name/logo mentioned as Privileged Sponsor.
    活动前后的媒体报道。在活动开始前，中国欧盟商会将利用所有线上和线下渠道进行宣传推广，在每一个活动宣传材料上都有赞助企业的名字/logo。
  3. A map displaying the location of the companies in the room of the event will be provided to sponsor prior to the event.
    在活动开始前，赞助企业将获得当晚的座位图表。
  4. Sponsor’s promotion material of any kind such as a brochure, USB, discount gifts for golf or hotel will be given to each participating guest in the gift bag.
    每位参会嘉宾将获得带有赞助企业宣传物料的礼品袋，如企业宣传册（不超过2份）、带有企业logo的纪念品（不超过2件）。
  5. Other sponsor’s display during the event
    其他活动当天的赞助企业logo及物料展示
    -Physical picture backdrop at the entrance
    晚会会场入口处的大型活动背景板
    -Digital backdrop during the event
    颁奖礼期间的舞台电子背景板（ppt）
    -Sponsor’s brochures at the registration table
    在晚会签到处放置赞助企业宣传手册
    -Sponsor’s name mentioned in the welcome speech
    在商会欢迎致辞中提及赞助企业
  6. After the event, the thank you email/letter will have sponsor’s logo and name.
    在活动结束后，感谢信/电子邮件将包含赞助企业的logo和名字。
  7. All Gala event pictures can be used by the sponsor for promotion.
    所有颁奖晚宴活动照片均可用于赞助企业的商业推广。
