全新菜单加入了一系列由主厨 Giovanni Galeota 悉心制作的时令意大利菜式，必定能满足一众美食家的胃口。前菜之一的软心蛋配蘑菇、椰菜花慕丝及黑松露 能展现多重味觉层次，是一道令人胃口大开的前菜选择。以新鲜食材制作而成的香煎淡水小龙虾配上自家制的新鲜南瓜龙虾意大利云吞、杏鲍菇和火腿粉末，能吃出当季的味道。其他主打菜式包括特色意大利饭配黑鳕鱼及红椒和天使幼面配蒜片、橄榄油及海胆，各有特色。脆煎海鲷鱼煎得香脆可口，配上自家制的地中海酱汁，让人回味无穷； 而香烤珍珠鸡则配上蘑菇、薯仔和烤汁。甜品方面，主厨 Giovanni 以顶级的芒果炮制出芒果梳乎厘配奶酪雪葩，让人一试难忘。
On the new menu are a range of delicious seasonal Italian dishes crafted with heart by Chef Giovanni Galeota, and which are sure to satisfy the cravings of guests. A small dish that packs a flavourful punch, the Poached egg with Wild Mushroom, Cauliflower Mousse and Black Truffle is the perfect starter to whet your appetite for the meal ahead. The jet-fresh Pan-fried Scampi with Pumpkin is accompanied by a fresh home-made Lobster Ravioli, Cardoncelli Mushroom and Ham Powder. Other highlights include a sumptuous Risotto with Black Cod Confit and Roasted Red Pepper, and the Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic, Olive oil and Sea Urchin. As for larger mains, the seasonal Amadai is served crispy with a homemade Mediterranean sauce, and the Roasted Guinea Fowl is cooked with Wild Mushrooms, Potatoes and served with savoury roast sauce. For dessert, Chef Giovanni has prepared a delightful sweet treat using prime mangoes to create a soufflé with yogurt sorbet.

8月28日至9月4日，名厨 Alfonso Iaccarino 将会亲身驾临澳门新葡京酒店的当奥丰素1890意式料理。现时 Don Alfonso 家族的“父亲”级人物，Alfonso Iaccarino，1973于意大利首度成立 Don Alfonso 1890，向坎帕尼亚地区的传统烹饪文化致敬。从开业至今，餐厅每一道菜式都经过精心研究，以展示当地食材最优秀的一面。为了善用镇上最优质的食材，Alfonso 甚至于自己的 Le Peracciole 农场内培植各种香草、水果和蔬菜，当中更包括制作初榨橄榄油专用的橄榄。 作为一名精力充沛的餐饮顾问、屡获殊荣的作家和演说家，Alfonso 对葡萄酒和美食的热情经常透过他对世界各地美食知识的渴求充分地展现出来。
From 28 August – 4 September, Chef Alfonso Iaccarino, himself will visit Casa Don Alfonso at Grand Lisboa Hotel, Macau for that week only. The father of the main Don Alfonso family, Alfonso Iaccarino first opened “Don Alfonso 1890” in 1973, which flourished as an establishment created out of respect for the culinary traditions of the Campania region of Italy. Every dish was and continues to be carefully researched to bring out the best of the purest local ingredients used. In order to utilise the best ingredients in town, Alfonso even grows his own herbs, fruits and vegetables – including the olives for his virgin olive oil – on his farm, “Le Peracciole”. A spirited consultant, award-winning author and public speaker among his many roles, Alfonso’s passion for wine and gastronomy is evident in his ceaseless thirst for knowledge about cuisines around the world.
