近日，北海道札幌人气拉面餐厅“一幻拉面”在香港门店推出其全球限定新品——特浓虾汁叉烧拌面。2009年创立于北海道札幌，一幻拉面凭借其香稠浓郁的甜虾汤底迅速红遍日本，并先后于2018年4月先后登陆香港湾仔及尖沙咀海港城，为香港及世界食客带来一幻拉面引以为傲的菜品。

Founded in Sapporo, Japan in 2009, Ebisoba Ichigen’s magical ramen quickly become popular in Japan with its rich shrimp broth base. Successfully launched its first Hong Kong venue in Wan Chai this April and its flagship venue at Horbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui in August, Ebisoba Ichigen aims to bring its very best ramen to foodies in Hong Kong and from around the world.

特浓虾汁叉烧拌面是一幻拉面创始人及总店长直树转为香港门店创作。该面所采用的特浓虾汁是混合虾头，虾汤，蔬菜等材料熬煮，用搅拌机将材料打碎再隔渣而成，香浓细滑。每碗拌面的特制酱汁均是即叫即煮，再与粗面搅拌，确保面在到达食客面前时口感最佳。
Ebi Mazesoba is created by Ebisoba Ichigen’s founder, chef Naoki Hayashi, specially for Hong Kong. The rich shrimp sauce used in this ramen is made by mixing shrimp heads, shrimp soup, vegetables and other ingredients, broken by a mixer and cooked together, then to separate the sauce from the mixed which gives it a highly concentrated flavour. All sauces are made by order and ready to serve with the thick noodles only seconds before the ramen arrives to each individual guest to make sure that the ramen is at its the best.
每碗面均附有半只溏心蛋，碎切的日本叉烧，面酥，青葱及紫菜丝。品尝前，须将面条、配料及浓郁的虾汁搅拌均匀，确保每一条面都充分挂上浓厚的虾汁！
Each Ebi Mazesoba is served with a half soft-boiled egg, chopped Japanese BBQ pork, chopped spring onion and crispy seaweed. Before tasting, make sure that you mix everything in the bowl especially to have the flavour of that rich shrimp sauce covered all over your ramen.
