广州四季酒店新任首席调酒师安东尼奥全面负责酒店所有酒吧及餐厅酒水的运营和管理工作,并于近日起每周五晚在99楼天吧推出“马可波罗”主题之夜,为本地时髦夜生活爱好者带来多款特色鸡尾酒。
Tian Bar at Four Seasons Guangzhou has recently welcomed Antonio De Luca as Head Bartender, together with a special themed Marco Polo Night – every Friday evening to bring an Italian experience to drink lovers in town.

安东尼奥来自于意大利南部的沿海城市阿曼泰亚,并在英国学习调酒技术。之后他游历欧洲亚洲等地,并通过在独立酒吧或者星级酒店工作中获取更多丰富的经验。他是在位于意大利伊特鲁里亚海岸的奢华地中海皇宫酒店,开始他的调酒师生涯。然后他来到亚洲,在北京的一家当地闻名的意大利餐厅担任顾问,随后加入迪拜宝格丽度假村担任酒吧经理。
Born in Amantea, a small town in southern Italy, Antonio studied mixology in Milano at Campari Academy and honed his studies in the United Kingdom. He launched his career in Italy at the Mediterranean Palace Hotel, a luxury hotel located on the Tyrrhenian coast and later worked in Asia and the Middle East before returning to China in 2019.

天马行空的安东尼奥以举世闻名的马可波罗之旅为主题打造了三款特色鸡尾酒,创作灵感源于意大利探险家马可.波罗年轻时候深受父亲和叔叔的影响,于1271年至1295年期间通过丝绸之路来到元朝中国的精彩故事。文化和历史人物通过巧妙的融合在鸡尾酒中被演绎。以Maffeo为例,这款酒借鉴了古罗马时期一种名为“Dulcia”烈酒的配方,混合了芝华士18年、金巴利和曼奇诺红味美思酒并置于杯中。而“Niccolo”这款鸡尾酒则是以其父亲的名字命名,由潘诺、榛子利口酒、菠萝、椰浆、自制糖浆等调制而成,略带有中东风情。“La Serenissima小夜曲” 是来源于马可波罗喜爱的一款类似白兰地口味的烈酒,与从菊花中提取的甜味混合,将这款带有柔软花香的口感演绎得淋漓尽致。
Inspired by The Travels of Marco Polo, Antonio created three special cocktails from the stories of the young Marco Polo, who traveled Asia along the Silk Road between 1271 and 1295. Marco Polo’s epic stories were inspired by his travels with his father and uncle, Niccolo and Maffeo, who made a strong impression on the young Marco Polo. The cocktails that are presented are Maffeo, an ancient Roman recipe called “”dulcia” that was given by Maffeo to some Roman Crusaders during the invasion of Constantinople: essentially a Blend of Whisky, Vermouth and Campari prepared with spices and citric fruits. The drink Niccolo, a mix of ingredients from the Middle East, with Arrack, a hazelnut liqueur, coconut and pineapple, and finally a recipe by Marco Polo who loved to mix Italian flavors with a touch of Asian ingredients. In fact, he loved a famous Italian spirit similar to Grappa, combined with a sugar extracted from the flowers of Chrysanthemums.
