Huai Yang cuisine is popular among people all over China for its meticulous choice of ingredients, refined production, elegant presentation, and mild taste. Vance Tofu is a classic representation of Huai Yang cuisine. Chef is able to cut one cube of tofu into thousands of slices each as thin as a piece of hair, the skill involved in this tofu soup is just spectacular. Cafe Aqua invites guest chef specialized in Huai Yang cuisine to present a delightful gourmet experience from 1st to 31st November.
