日本殿堂级甜点大师辻口博启于今年11月在香港推出其全新甜点品牌SUPER SWEETS GALLERY，并进驻香港大型时尚生活用品专门店city’super，将其备受追捧的甜品糕点，首次分享至日本本家以外地区。教人引颈以待的SUPER SWEETS GALLERY于11月9日正式开幕，店铺设于city’super位于尖沙咀海港城丶中环国际金融中心丶铜锣湾时代广场及沙田新城市广场的门市，势要将这份和风法式滋味分享全城。
Japan’s celebrated pâtissier-chocolatier, Chef Hironobu Tsujiguchi, recently introduced his acclaimed sweet sensations to Hong Kong earlier this November at the popular mega lifestyle specialty store, city’super, in Harbour City, ifc Mall, Times Square and New Town Plaza. Officially opening its door on 9th November, 2018, ‘SUPER SWEETS GALLERY’ is Chef Hironobu Tsujiguchi first international brand outside his home country of Japan, launched as a collaboration with city’super Hong Kong.

Distinguished by his funky, spiked golden hair and geek-chic black spectacles, Hironobu Tsujiguchi is Japan’s well-loved ‘celebrity’ patissier and chocolatier. Over the past 20 years, he has opened a series of specialist desserts, chocolates and pastry shop brands across Japan in Tokyo, Osaka, including Mariage de Farine, Confiture H, Le Musee de H, Fortissimo H, Hokkaido Gyunyu Castella, and the Tokyo based Waraku, Feve, Mont St. Clair, Jiyugaoka Rollya, Le Chocolat de H, Chocolat Universe, and Caramelier – revered as meccas among aficionados of all things sweet. His numerous awards include what is considered the “Oscars” of the pastry world, the “Coupe de Monde de la Patisserie” and “5 Chocolate Bars” – equivalent to Michelin 3-stars – at the chocolate industry’s ‘World Cup’, the Salon du chocolat.

The signature Strawberry Cream Cake is an airy and fluffy delight covered in softly whipped cream to accomplish a melt-in-your-mouth bite that is both sweet and tart from the strawberries.
