御苑酒廊將化為藏酒秘境，與新加坡人氣酒吧 The Secret Mermaid 及調酒師 Kelly D’ Cruz 合作，將美國手工烈酒帶給一眾酒迷，一連三晚以酒會友。Kelly 17 歲已醉心於調酒，喜歡試用各式材料創出獨特風格的酒品，尤其以烈酒為主。喜歡閱讀及畫畫亦為 Kelly 帶來天馬行空的思維，這些靈感亦為她創造出型格卻充滿故事性的調酒。Kelly 更有別一般的調酒師， 會按照您的喜好心情，呈上只屬您一人的味道。

CHAPTER 1
Featuring guest bartender Kelly D’ Cruz

Kelly is the Bar Manager at American Crafts Spirit Bar, The Secret Mermaid, one of the most popular speakeasy bars in Singapore. She started her career at the age of 17 and began making variations on the classics and studying flavour pairings. She enjoys experimenting with homemade syrups, bitters and reductions. She then began building cocktails around the spirit she loves and every ingredient used is meant to complement and show off the spirit. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to try her bespoke cocktails hand-crafted by Kelly according to your personal palate.
When she is not behind the bar, Kelly is obsessed with reading which is why she approaches spirits and mixing as storytelling. She is also a painter and specialises in oil paintings.
