On August 17, the LN Garden Hotel, Guangzhou, the city’s first landmark 5-star luxury hotel, commemorated its 33rd anniversary celebrations with a ‘Garden Hotel Partnership Gathering’ organized for loyal patrons, guests and partners. Marked by flower-themed décor, exceptional banquet service and live entertainment, this spectacular event was graced by over 400 valued guests.
At the LN Garden Hotel, the spirit of the flower city of Guangzhou is evident in beautifully landscaped gardens, embellished with attractive flowers and trees. The spirit of the flower city was also the theme and the inspiration for the Anniversary Partnership Gathering.
At the event, guests enjoyed welcome cocktails in the lobby amidst vivacious music, before heading to the Ballroom for sit-down dinner. The ballroom echoed with the musical harmonies of ‘We do Jazz,’ the one and only Jazz band in Guangzhou inspired by Lingnan style. To officially open the event, Garden Hotel staff from various nationalities surprised the guests with a multi-lingual welcome featuring more than 10 languages. And the event set-up was anything but ordinary, featuring different banquets within one event. The ballroom was divided into sections of Della Lilly, Hydrangea, Daily and Lotus, each with a dedicated flower-inspired menu, expertly executed by the Garden Hotel’s service team, while a giant, U-shaped LED screen with abstract flower projections added a magical touch to the evening.
Later in the evening, the LN Garden Hotel’s General Manager, Mr. Franco Io, took the guests on a hilarious ride by presenting a skit entitled, ‘A typical Hotel Day in Service and Arrival Preparation’. The humorous skit ultimately made a point about the Garden Hotel’s commitment to their ‘Here for you’ policy and showcased examples of how staff in every hotel department are focused on guest service. To conclude the evening, the hotel’s new resident band Three Lines got the guests out of their seats and dancing onto the stage, as the party continued throughout the night.
