Marco Avitabile先生来自意大利，从事酒店行业已超过三十年，先后就职于德国、法国、瑞士、英国、意大利、新加坡、泰国和中国的八个国家不同酒店集团。酒店业家庭背景出生的Marco，16岁便在德国当地享誉盛名的酒店工作学习，开启他的职业生涯。Marco Avitabile先生通过在多家著名的餐厅包括米其林三星餐厅，英国The Waterside Inn以及法国La Maison Troisgros的工作，充分展现了他对美食的热情和发挥着烹饪天赋。
Marco Avitabile is from Italy and has been in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years. He has worked in eight different hotel groups in Germany, France, Switzerland, the UK, Italy, Singapore, Thailand and China. Born in a family with the background of the hotel industry, Marco, at the age of 16, worked and studied at a prestigious hotel in Germany, set a begining to his career. Marco Avitabile demonstrates his passion for food and his culinary talents through his work in a number of prestigious restaurants including the Michelin-starred restaurant, The Waterside Inn in the UK and La Maison Troisgros in France.
