雅高酒店集团近日宣布，Guillaume Gallas 出任位于香港东荟城两间雅高品牌酒店的总经理，一方面带领评价出色的 Novotel Citygate Hong Kong（诺富特东荟城酒店）继续精益求精，同时将与团队为于2020年初开幕的全新精品酒店 The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery 筹备开业。
In a recent release, Guillaume Gallas has been appointed as Cluster General Manager in a dual role of overseeing the operations of the highly-performing hotel Novotel Citygate Hong Kong and orchestrating the inspiring new premium lifestyle hotel The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery which is set to open in early 2020.

The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery will form part of the Citygate integrated project in the vibrant Tung Chung district of Lantau Island, within easy reach of the Hong Kong International Airport. The opening of The Silveri Hong Kong will be a singular addition to the global collection of over 100 fascinating addresses, standing out with its innovative, stunning and distinctive style in the tranquil greenery of Lantau.

Guillaume Gallas 为法籍人士，他曾效力多间享誉国际的奢华及精品酒店和餐厅，累积超过20年丰富经验，当中一半时间长驻于大中华地区。这位新任总经理高瞻远瞩、多才多艺且精于营商之道，曾在伦敦、蒙地卡罗、东京、杜拜、阿曼苏丹国、香港、澳门和北京等地主理一系列创新项目。 2018年, 法国政府给 Guillaume Gallas 授予法国农业贡献骑士勋章，以表彰他多年来为法国以外的国家带来最佳法国文化实践的杰出贡献。
A French national, Guillaume has more than 20 years of experience leading internationally acclaimed luxury and boutique hotels and restaurants, with half of those years being based in Greater China. In 2018, Guillaume Gallas was honoured with Chevalier de l’Ordre du Merite Agricole (Knight of the Order of Agricultural Merit) by French Government for his outstanding contributions of bringing the best of French cultural practices to countries beyond France over the years.
他曾于区内不少著名酒店担任要职，当中包括香港的 The Mira Hong Kong、澳门十六浦索菲特酒店，以及北京诺富特和平宾馆，而他对香港市场尤为熟悉。此外，Guillaume Gallas 也曾管理多间位于洲际和文华东方等旗下的米其林星级餐厅。
He has proved himself to be an ambitious, multi-skilled and commercially-astute General Manager, and led innovative projects across a number of inspiring destinations that include London, Monte Carlo, Tokyo, Dubai, Sultanate of Oman, Hong Kong, Macao and Beijing. Guillaume Gallas is particularly experienced in the Hong Kong market, where he held key management roles at renowned hospitality establishments in the region, including The Mira Hong Kong, Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16, and Novotel Beijing Peace. Other notable career highlights include managing a number of Michelin-star restaurants across several well-established hotel brands that include InterContinental and Mandarin Oriental.
