近日，珠海新骏景万豪酒店迎来了新的酒店总经理叶伟民先生。他将负责管理酒店日常运营工作，包括客人和员工的满意度、人力资源、财务业绩、销售和收益等方面，并致力为万豪国际集团带来经济效益。
Mr. Eric Yap has recently been promoted as General Manager of Zhuhai Marriott Hotel. He is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to both Marriott International and property ownership.
叶伟民先生出生于马来西亚，1994年开始从事酒店行业工作，曾就职于香格里拉、洲际、万豪等国际连锁酒店。2014年被任命为天津万丽泰达酒店和天津泰达万豪行政公寓运营总监。两年后，他被提升为驻店经理。在客房财务绩效、客户满意度、酒店安全保障及员工参与度等方面都取得了卓越成就。
Mr. Yap was born in Malaysia, he started to work in Hotel industry from 1994, and worked for International chain hotel, such as Marriott , InterContinental Hotel, Shangri-La and Marriott. He was appointed as Director of Operation of Renaissance Tianjin Teda Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartment in 2014. After two years, he was promoted as Resident Manager. He had made excellent achievements in rooms’ financial performance, customer satisfaction, hotel safety and employee participation.
