Call on all steak lovers! Chinese New Year feast continues with a steak tasting event at steakhouse Prime of China Hotel, Guangzhou, jointly organised by Angliss Guangzhou Food Service Co., Ltd.
活动上，安得利大中华区肉类业务发展总经理沈志龙先生为现场来宾分享了甄选牛肉食材及牛肉烹饪的经验，介绍澳洲优质牛肉品牌 ROSEDALE RUBY，并于现场演示牛扒烹饪技巧和方法。扒房还为来宾们尽心准备了牛扒主题午餐。
The tasting began with an inspiring sharing by Master Shen, the General Manager of Angliss Guangzhou Food Service Co., Ltd., and followed by a cooking class which presented methods and skills for cooking steaks and had brought an incredible home cooking experience to all guests. The event also featured a carefully prepared steak lunch by Prime.
