Toritama is a very famous yakitoriya (grilled chicken restaurant) in Tokyo, Japan. Founded in 1999, the owner of Toritama has developed this brand for more than 20 years in which period the restaurant has expanded its branches to countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Thailand. Toritama insists on the professionalism of grilled chicken in Japanese tradition. From 2015 to 2018, Toritama has been listed as a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant for four consecutive years in Japan.
何谓烤鸟 | What is Yakitori
焼き鸟（Yakitori），即日本串烧鸡，“把鸡肉切成一口大小后串起来，然后用火烤制并调味的一种食物”，专门吃烧鸟的店，就叫做烧鸟屋（焼き鸟屋 Yakitoriya），是居酒屋的一种，起源于17世纪的江户时代。
