“牵手球星 荣登赛场”选拔活动
The Caddies Audition “Join Hands with Tennis Stars”
一、招募条件 Recruitment Requirements
1、年龄范围：7-12周岁；
2、身高要求：身高在1.0-1.4米之间；
3、身体健康、男女不限，最终入选8名男生，8名女生；
4、热爱网球、喜欢珠海WTA超级精英赛，和网球运动有相关故事优先入选；
5、报名者需是购买赛事任意门票观众，并提供购票预留电话。（非线上渠道购票用户请拨打4009688400与工作人员联系）
- Age: Between 1 to 12 years old
- Height: Between 1 to 1.4 meters
- Healthy, 8 boys and 8 girls will be selected.
- Passion for tennis, love WTA of Zhuhai, candidates with tennis experience will be the priority selection.
- You can sign up for the audition only if you purchase the game tickets and provide the reservation number. (Please call 4009688400 if you’re not purchase the tickets online)

二、招募流程 Recruitment Rundown
①报名阶段
9月20日 报名开启
9月20日-10月08日牵手孩童报名时间（火热报名中）
②初选阶段
10月09日-组委会对简历进行初次审核并公布初选名单
③复选阶段
10月09日-10月11日 复选投票（购买任何票品观众方持有投票权，每张门票算一次投票）
10月12日 公布牵手孩童入选名单

四、报名方式
1、 关注“珠海WTA超级精英赛”公众号；
2、 在公众号界面下方菜单点击“New活动”并进入子菜单牵手球星或者直接点击本推送的阅读原文下载报名表；

3、先仔细阅读《“牵手球星”报名须知》后填写报名表；
*“牵手球星 荣登赛场”选拔活动报名须知：
1、请上传分辨率高、画面清晰的生活照片,照片须是正面全身照。
2、报名本活动的家长提交报名时则视为孩童可在比赛日参加本项活动。待组委会选定后,如因个人原因无法在比赛日参加活动,家长有义务提前2天告知。
3、家长上传的照片须确定是报名孩童本人,如盗用他人照片上传,造成侵犯他人肖像权等法律问题,由上传家长承担相应的法律责任。
4、家长上传牵手孩童照片则视为同意将该照片用珠海WTA超级精英赛宣传工作。
5、组委会审核通过后，组委会会电话联系家长。未审核通过的,组委会不再发送通知。
4、 确定了解报名须知后请认真填写报名表单，并提交至邮箱1209109003@qq.com，等待审核结果；
小贴士:
① 每个牵手孩童只有一次报名机会，请谨慎核对资料确保正确无误。
②首轮报名自2017年9月20日正式开放，10月08日下午5时截止报名（以收到邮件时间为准）再次请报名家长注意务必按照以上招募条件参与报名并认真填写资料，以免造成无效报名被取消资格。
