Experience bespoke Italian cuisine by Michelin-starred Chef Davide Pezzuto as he partners with the restaurant chef Andrea. The duo showcased their vivid creativity and deeply forged culinary roots at LIMONI from March 22 to 25, 2017. Stimulated by his innate abilities in the kitchen, Chef Davide farms his ingredients and digs into his ingenious creations to tantalize appetite of the diners.

WHO is Chef Davide Pezzuto?
Born in San Pietro Vernotico, southeastern part of the Italy Peninsula, Chef Davide began his career at five-star luxury hotels; the Grand Hotel Palazzo Della Fonte Fiuggi and the Savoy in Florence. He subsequently worked for the renowned chef, Heinz Beck in Michelin-starred restaurants like one-star Michelin Onice Villa La Vedetta* in Florence, two-star Michelin Rossellinis** in Ravello, and three-star Michelin La Pergola*** in Rome. Further honing his culinary skills, he worked as a guest chef at two-star Michelin Abac** in Barcelona and three-star Michelin Pavillon Ledoyen*** in Paris. In 2012, he was appointed Executive Chef at Cafe Les Paillotes* in Pescara, where he led his team to garner one Michelin star award, earning prominence for his unique, creative and aesthetic approach.

With extensive experience from around the world, Chef Davide was the official judge for the World Championship of Pizza for two years, competed on cooking shows at national and international levels, and served as a “Professor of Food” at the Red Academy. In September 2014, he discovered the historic village of Montepagano in Abruzzo region in Italy, where he started the D. One Restaurant, sitting on a 18-hectares fertile land surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Chef Davide fell in love all over again and rediscovered his passion for countryside and creative cuisine.
