博古斯世界烹饪大赛,一场属于烹饪和厨师的赛事,距今已有31 年的历史,由保罗•博古斯创立,时至今日已成为世界上久负盛名的烹饪竞赛。下届博古斯世界烹饪大赛将于2019 年1 月29 日至30 日在法国里昂国际酒店餐饮业博览会中举行。来自各大洲的厨师必须要通过分别所在洲的选拔赛入围决赛。
Bocuse d’Or was created by Paul Bocuse 31 years ago like a sportive show dedicated to chefs, and it has become the world’s most prestigious gastronomy contest. The next Bocuse d’Or Finale will be held on 29th and 30th January, 2019, in Lyon (France) during the Sirha 2019 trade show. But before reaching the Finale, chefs from each continent must go through a continental selection round.

博古斯世界烹饪大赛亚太区选拔赛将首次在广州拉开序幕
For the first time, Guangzhou will host the Asia-Pacific selection of Bocuse d’Or

Jointly organized by GL events and Lingnan Group, a world-renowned industry company, the Asia-Pacific selection of Bocuse d’Or will take place in Guangzhou. As a Gastronomic City, Guangzhou has a long, diverse and rich history of culinary culture and a commitment to gastronomy, which fits perfectly with the vision of Bocuse d’Or to promote world and local culture.

亚太地区的选拔赛将于2018 年5 月8 日至9 日在广州白云国际会议中心举办,届时将齐聚来自12 个国家的比赛选手,同时会有来自全国各地和亚太地区的游客、厨师及美食爱好者关注和参与这场行业赛事。
The Asia-Pacific selection is set to take place in Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center on 8th and 9th May, 2018, welcoming competitors from 12 countries and visitors, chefs and food lovers from all China and Asia-Pacifi continent.

12 个参赛国中前五名选手将参加2019年博古斯世界烹饪大赛总决赛
12 Asia-Pacific candidates and 5 winners to go to the Finale

经过一年的国家预选赛,12 个参赛国已入围博古斯世界烹饪大赛亚太区选拔赛,它们分别是:澳大利亚、中国、印度、印尼、日本、马来西亚、新西兰、新加坡、韩国、斯里兰卡、泰国和越南。其中,5 名获胜者将入围2019 年的决赛。
After a year of national selections, 12 countries have qualified for the Asia-Pacific selection: Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam. Among them, 5 will enter the Finale in 2019:
