陈民，珠海格美达科技有限公司副总经理 － Chen Min, Deputy General Manager, Zhuhai Gree Meida Technology Co., Ltd.
陈民是本土的珠海人，1989年大学毕业后就职珠海格力集团公司，任职过计算机系统开发员、行政人事主任以及共青团书记等职务，后调任格美达科技有限公司生产总监、现任销售副总经理。他不仅对格美达十分了解，同时对格力集团下的其它工厂亦略晓一二。他认为，团队合作与协调对于一个企业的发展是不可或缺的；而正因如此，格美达在一批优质的研发和销售团队的帮助下越走越远。格美达在珠海的打印耗材领域是只强而有力的领头羊。尽管江浙一带与深圳都有打印耗材的企业或工厂，但与珠海相比，无论是生产配套、政策扶持还是物流成本上，珠海的打印耗材企业仍占据上风。另外，每年10月份，全国最大的国际耗材展览会也在珠海举行。格美达除了是每年珠海打印耗材展的常客外，还积极参加过俄罗斯、德国、墨西哥和印度等地的打印耗材展，其产品受到广大客户的热烈的反响。
Mr. Chen Min, a Zhuhai local, has been working for Gree Group since his graduation in 1989. He was engaged in work as a developer of computer system, administrative director, a secretary of the Communist Youth League, then the head of the production workshop of the MMC and lastly the deputy general manager of Gree Meida. He is very understanding of not only MMC, but also other plants under the Gree Group. He believes that teamwork and team coordination are indispensable for the development of an enterprise and due to his belief, a team of professional R&D staff and sales top guns excels in what they are pursuing. Gree Meida is the leading printer supplier in this industry of Zhuhai. Although Jiangsu and Zhejiang area, together with Shenzhen, has printing supplies enterprises or factories, those in Zhuhai have a better printing supplies system with the support of supreme production equipment, favourable policy and logistic costs. In addition, the largest international printing supplies exhibition is to be held in Zhuhai every October. Gree Meida is not only a regular exhibitor in Zhuhai’s printing supplies expo, but also an activist in other printing supplies exhibitions in Mexico and India, and their products win many praises and a good reputation across the world.

1986年，在公司成立之初，格美达研发出我国第一个5.25’磁盘。可随着时代的进步，磁盘的生产已逐渐淘汰。到了1998年，格美达的第一个墨盒问世。而两年后，格美达生产出第一个碳粉盒，并在欧洲和美国成立了办事处。2003年，格美达开了第一条色带生产线。2010年，为了满足市场增长的需求，扩大生产规模，格美达迁厂到现在的地址，格力集团为此投资了800万美元。新园区有5栋4层高的厂房，占地面积136240平方米。2017年，格美达成立31年，经过31年的发展，我们的产品销往全球各个角落，MMC品牌拥有很高的国际声誉并获得客户的赞扬。与同行相比较，珠海格美达是最早开发打印耗材产业的企业之一。
In 1986, shortly after the establishment, Gree Meida Technology Co., Ltd. invented the first 5.25’ floppy disk in China. However, with the progress of times, the floppy disk exited the market. In 1998, the first MMC ink cartridge came out. Two years later, the first MMC toner cartridge was produced and in the meantime, MMC Europe Branch and U.S Office were established. European and American customers can enjoy one-day-rush service! In 2003, MMC opened manufacturing line for ribbon cartridge. In 2010, to meet the increasing market demand, MMC moved its factory to the current address as being invested in by 8 million dollars from Gree Group Company. The new factory has 5 buildings all with 4 stories and covers an area of 136,240 square meters. In 2017, Zhuhai Gree Meida Technology Co., Ltd. will be celebrating the 31st anniversary. After 31 years’ development, MMC products have been distributed to nearly every corner of the world. MMC brand receives a high global reputation and praise from the customers. Generally speaking, Gree Meida boasts one of the first manufacturers in this industry.

我们公司的三款主打产品分别是：墨盒、碳粉盒和色带(色带主要用于政府部门的单据打印)，全线的耗材产品适用于各大打印机品牌，如惠普，佳能，爱普生，兄弟和三星等。
Our main products include Inkjet Cartridges, Toner Cartridges and Ribbon (for governmental departments to print their receipts). The full line of products can be used in a wide range of printer brands such as HP, Canon, Epson, Brother and Samsung.
DB：珠海格美达科技已家喻户晓30年，您认为其持久影响力的原因归功于公司的什么资质或优势呢？Gree Meida has been known to the public for 30 years, what qualities or advantages do you think MMC has to make the brand long-lasting?
对产品品质的追求。我们整个生产检验过程需要经过8项质检，其中包括原材料检验，生产线检验，抽检及高低温测试等。我们公司对产品质量把关严格，因为对于要打造一个品牌而言，品质是核心。

硒鼓HP – CF217。这个是目前市场上非常热销的产品，一是品质好，二是价格实惠。然而这款原装粉盒结构复杂，我们的研发团队花了大量精力开发这个型号。
Toner Cartridge HP-CF217. It is a very popular product in the market now because of its high quality and cost-effective price. However, this invention is a complex one, which takes our R&D team a long time to develop and improve.
DB: 珠海格美达科技在‘一路一带’的框架下将如何获益并进行下一步计划？ How is Gree Meida planning to implement and benefit from the ‘the Belt and Road’ framework?
习主席对于“一带一路”的框架是十分器重的，而我们作为一家本土国有企业，也需要借助国家的政策与导向，进行新一轮的发展。一方面，我们希望借助“珠三角纵横”的纽带，逐步建立起与“一带一路”沿线国家的联系（与沿线国家驻华机构、领馆和经商处等建立常态沟通机制，搭乘“一带一路”东风对外推广格美达打印耗材品牌等）；另一方面，我们自己也提出具体的市场推广实施计划；格美达在珠海打印耗材行业内首先提出这样的计划与思路，是希望充分借力国家政策和导向，得到各方的指导与支持，最终实现多方合作共赢。最后，希望通过“一带一路”的政策让我们的产品走向全球。
Chairman Xi highly regards the value of the ‘One Belt One Road’ framework. Gree Meida as a local state-owned enterprise needs to depend on China’s policy and guidance to accelerate its development. One the one hand, we hope to rely on the promotion of DB to build new connections with foreign institutions of the neighbour countries, consulates and commercial offices across the Pearl River Delta regions so that we can better be on the track of the ‘One Belt One Road’ framework. On the other, we also come up with a specific implementation plan in Zhuhai’s printer supplies industry and then benefit from such policy and support, which finally helps Gree achieve the all-win goal. We hope to go international and let the world recognise our products under the policy of ‘the Belt and Road’.
