Oakwood Premier Guangzhou celebrates a significant milestone – the property’s 5th anniversary. On the drawing board is a smorgasbord of events open to the public, commencing from spring and culminating to the year-end Appreciation Soirée for the property’s long staying residents and other invited luminaries from various businesses and governments.

The first event to kick off the celebrations will take place in May with Oakwood Premier Guangzhou’s photography competition – “Catch 5 On Your Lens”. Broad themes has been narrowed down to five sub-themes which epitomize the nuances of Chinese culture and to commensurate the property’s 5th Anniversary. The five sub-themes are: filial piety, giving, caring, respect and love.
首个名为“爱，5所不在”的方圆奥克伍德微拍摄影比赛活动将于5月启动。微拍主题将囊括中国传统优秀文化，公寓从中提萃出5个方面以与方圆奥克伍德五周年相呼应。他们分别是：孝顺，给予，关爱，尊重和爱。
TWO FACES OF GUANGZHOU- THE OAKWOOD WALK
新旧广州-奥克伍德漫步大赛
To take place later this year, a walk of approximately 5 kilometers takes through the sights and sounds of the old Guangzhou, including the Liwan River Catchment (Li Zhi Wan) – a nostalgic sojourn through the old world charm of the Liwan marketplace. The new Guangzhou section will bring the corporate guests through to the central axis of the Zhujiang New City CBD, with a penultimate stop at the Opera House before heading across the Liede Bridge over the Pearl River to the Canton Tower.
今年年底，方圆奥克伍德即将推出奥克伍德漫走大赛，通过5公里的徒步行走品味老广州的景象和印记，特别是荔枝湾这一老广州的传统怀旧魅力。新广州路线将带领商务客人沿着广州CBD的新中轴线步行，横跨广州大剧院-广州猎德大桥-广州塔徒步行走。

This is a one-day family bonding initiative which is directed at building parent-child cohesiveness in enhancing the child’s cognitive and behavioral skills as well as instilling a sense of heightened perspective in parenting from such interactions. This programme will be handled by a specialist agency who will design and implement the above mentioned intrinsic educational skills.
这是一项为期一天的创新家庭关系互动教育活动。此项活动希望通过建立提高孩子的认知和行为技能及提高父母育儿意识，建立亲子之间的凝聚力。活动由专注于家庭活动及亲子教育的第三方公关公司协助设计及组织举行。
