3月22日，在广州召开了由齐齐哈尔市人民政府、广州市人民政府主办的“花城鹤舞 合作共享”齐齐哈尔-广州对口城市推介会，主要推介齐齐哈尔市绿色食品、装备制造、旅游和养老四个产业和三个园区。
On 22nd March, the Qiqihar-Guangzhou Collaboration Roadshow was held in Guangzhou by Qiqihar Municipal Government and Guangzhou Municipal Government, which mainly promoted Qiqihar City’s four industries of green food, equipment manufacturing, tourism and retirement, and three industrial parks.
参加推介会的人员来自广州的市直机关单位、重点企业、广东省重点媒体近400人齐聚现场，共同见证齐齐哈尔市重点推出的四个产业和三个园区，并签署23个项目合作协议，进入了两市市场化合作的新起点。
About 400 participants from the Guangzhou’s municipal departments, key enterprises and key medias in Guangdong Province gathered at the event to witness the promotion of four industries and three parks in Qiqihar. Guangzhou and Qiqihar signed 23 project cooperation agreements which marked a new starting point for market-oriented cooperation between the two cities.
推介会上，齐齐哈尔市委常委、副市长李洪国在致辞中针对齐齐哈尔的绿色食品、装备制造、旅游和养老四个产业和三个园区进行重点推介。他介绍，从发展绿色有机食品产业来说，齐齐哈尔拥有自然资源和生态环境的优势，现有耕地3500万亩，粮食产能稳定在300亿斤左右，占黑龙江省的1/5、全国的2%以上；从发展装备制造行业来说，该行业占齐齐哈尔经济总量的1/3左右，其中有国宝之称的一重集团、亚洲最大的货车制造基地齐轨道装备公司、“中国机床十八罗汉”中的齐重数控和齐二机床等企业，既是齐齐哈尔老工业基地的基础，也是未来发展的支柱；从旅游产业来说，齐齐哈尔有“世界大湿地，中国鹤家乡”的美誉，生态观光、文化古迹、温泉养生、休闲度假、冰雪旅游、民族风情等特色让这座新兴旅游城市备受游客喜爱和好评；齐齐哈尔还是全球第十五个、中国唯一一个国际老年友好型城市，也是全国养老服务业综合改革试点城市、国家首批医养结合试点城市、全国孝亲敬老模范城市和中国爱心城市，以绿色食品、文化旅游为支撑的养老产业前景广阔。
During the event, Mr. Li Hongguo, standing member of the Qiqihar Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor, made key presentations in Qiqihar’s four industries, namely, green food, equipment manufacturing, tourism, and retirement. He explained that from the perspective of developing the green organic food industry, Qiqihar has the advantages of natural resources and ecological environment. The existing arable land is 35 million mu (about 5.76 million acres) and the grain production capacity is stable at about 30 billion jins (about 30 billion kilograms), accounting for 1/5 of Heilongjiang Province and 2% of the country. From the development of equipment manufacturing industry, the industry accounts for about 1/3 of the total economic volume of Qiqihar, among which there is a group of national level companies such as China First Heavy Industries Group, Asia’s largest truck manufacturing base and equipment company, and one of the “Top 18 China Machine Tool Manufacturers” Qiqihar Heavy CNC Equipment Limited by Share Ltd and Qiqihar NO.2 Machine Tool Group and other enterprises are both the foundation of the Qiqihar heavy industrial base and the pillars for future development. From the perspective of the tourism industry, close to Qiqihar are numerous wetlands, famous in China for being home to numerous red-crowned cranes. Its eco-tourism, cultural heritage sites, hot spring resources, leisure and vacation facilities, ice and snow tourism, ethnic group customs and other characteristics have made this new tourist city very popular with tourists; Qiqihar is the world’s fifteenth, China’s only International Age-friendly City, the pilot city for comprehensive reform of the national pension service industry, the first national pilot cities for medical care and retirement integration, and the national model city for respecting the elderly and one of China’s Love Cities. Qiqihar holds a bright future in the retirement industry with the support from its green food, culture and tourism industries.
与此同时，齐齐哈尔三个重点园区吸引了广州众多投资商的目光。作为中国最北部的国家高新区，齐齐哈尔高新区产城一体、融合发展，高铁南站、客运枢纽、五金建材城、居然之家相继落成使用，公共服务设施配套完善，目前已经形成装备制造整机、基础零部件、食品加工、金属新材料、节能环保5大产业集群；三间房国际经贸产业园将依托三间房编组站的铁路运输枢纽优势，建设集公铁联运、流通加工、冷链物流、国际贸易、金融服务等多种服务协同发展的综合性园区，打造成为丝绸之路经济带北线上的重要综合性物流枢纽；绿色食品特色产业园是黑龙江省以食品加工为重点的专业园区之一。产业园规划为绿色粮食食品精深加工、绿色果蔬食品精深加工、绿色畜产食品精深加工以及仓储物流等四大板块，将建设成为国家级标准化绿色食品特色产业园，打造国际性绿色食品特色产业交流平台。
At the meantime, the three key industrial parks in Qiqihar attracted the attention of many investors from Guangzhou. As the country’s most northern national high-tech zone, the Qiqihar High-tech Zone has a highly integrated production and development city structure, a high-speed South Railway Station, a passenger transportation hub, a metal and building materials trading center, and a furniture trading center. The public service facilities have been completed. At present, the Qiqihar High-tech Zone has formed five major industrial clusters: equipment manufacturing, essential components, food processing, new metal materials, energy conservation and environmental protection; Sanjianfang International Trade Industrial Park will rely on the advantage of its railway transportation hub of Sanjianfang Station to build a comprehensive industrial park with coordinated development of various services such as logistics, international trade, and financial services which will later become an important integrated logistics hub on the north line of the Silk Road Economic Belt; the Green Food Specialty Industrial Park specialized in food processing in Heilongjiang Province. The industrial park plans for the deep and fine processing, logistics and warehousing of green grains, green fruits and vegetables, and domestic animal products. It will be built into a state-level standardized green food specialty industrial park and create an international green food specialty industries exchange platform.
