日前,小山日本料理在广州最具人气的艺术购物中心K11开设新店。自1999年在广州开设了第一家餐厅以来,经过20年的匠心经营,目前分店已入驻国内一线及大湾区主要城市,包括深圳,佛山,上海,北京和成都等地。
Recently, Koyama, a famous Japanese restaurant brand opens a new restaurant in K11, the most popular art shopping mall in Guangzhou. Opened its first restaurant in Guangzhou in 1999 with a history of 20 years, Koyama today has branches in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu and other places in China.

小山极力追求食材新鲜,坚持从日本进口高级菜品和食材,不为迎合大众口味而做改良,20年如一日,保持菜式的做工和味道与日本同步。经典菜式如鳗鱼饭、迷你牛肉火锅等,样样有惊喜。最特别的迷你牛肉火锅,热辣烫熟的牛肉,最后需要裹一层新鲜蛋液,牛肉的香搭配鸡蛋的鲜,最为经典。
Koyama strives for fresh ingredients and insists on importing high-end products and ingredients from Japan, has not and will not compromise on changing its authentic Japanese flavour to anyone. For 20 years, the chef’s cooking skills and taste of the dishes are kept in sync with Japan.
