Eric拥有19年的烹饪及酒店厨房管理经验，曾相继服务于香格里拉、文华东方、丽思卡尔顿、希尔顿等众多知名酒店高端餐厅，尤其擅长将亚洲料理精髓融汇于西式烹饪中。他的职业生涯起步于马来西亚，后足迹遍及迪拜、新加坡、柬埔寨等，其后香港、上海、北京等地长达九年的工作经验更让他熟悉了中国多元的饮食文化，就是这些丰富的阅历让Eric领略了各地不同的美馔精髓，将不同国家及地区的特色食材相互搭配，并将其融入到自创的菜式当中。红咖喱鸡，慢煮和牛肋排，烟熏三文鱼配蟹肉，烤南瓜汤等都是他的拿手菜式，每一款都体现着他对美食的钟爱和创作的激情。
Chef Eric Soong brings 19 years of culinary experience with him. He has worked with luxury brands such as Shangri-La, Mandarin Oriental, The Ritz-Carlton, and Hilton in Malaysia, Dubai, Singapore and Cambodia. Prior to joining the team at Langham Place, Guangzhou, Chef Soong honed his skills across many places in China, including but not limited to Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing, which sent him in search of the ultimate culinary gems of the Chinese culture. Inspired by his multi-cultural background, Chef Soong transforms global ingredients into unique Asian dishes, creating new flavors that are diverse but never complicated, such as Red Curry Chicken, Braised Wagyu Beef Ribs, Smoked Salmon And Crabmeat Pearl, and Roasted Butternut Squash Soup.
