即日起至9月24日,澳门新葡京酒店大堂的“月饼礼品屋”将展示全澳门最大直径为90厘米的巨型月饼。适逢澳门获评定为联合国教科文组织创意城市网络(UCCN)美食范畴的新成员城市,8餐厅点心主厨尤华辉师傅及其团队以澳门及旅游景点为巨型月饼的蓝本设计,包括大三巴牌坊、东望洋炮台、妈阁庙、盛世莲花、“喷水池”、主教山、澳门地标之一的新葡京酒店、以及葡国公鸡,尽显澳门为中西文化交融的特色城市。
From now till 24th September 2018, the Mooncake Goodies House at Grand Lisboa Hotel lobby will showcase Macau’s largest mooncake, with a diameter of 90cm. Since Macau has been awarded a title as a new member city of UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the field of Gastronomy, The 8 Dim Sum Head Chef Yah Wah Fai and his team have created the largest mooncake in Macau. The mooncake was designed and inspired by elements of Macau and tourist spots, like Ruins of St. Paul’s, Guia Fortress, A-Ma Temple, the “Lotus Flower In Full Bloom”, “The Fountain” at Senado Square, Chapel of Our Lady of Penha, one of Macau’s landmarks, Grand Lisboa Hotel, and the “Galo de Barcelos” (The Portuguese Rooster). It represents Macau as a classic example of the fusion of Western and Chinese cultures.
