2017年8月23(深圳)—日前,马哥孛罗酒店集团正式任命罗伟杰先生为深圳马哥孛罗好日子酒店餐饮总监。罗伟杰先生是一名马来西亚华侨,毕业于澳大利亚莫纳什大学,拥有超过12年丰富的餐饮及酒店管理经验,曾先后服务过于多家国际品牌酒店和大型餐饮集团,如文华东方、洲际、凯悦、万豪、九龙仓、Dining Concept 、香港甘露餐饮集团等。他的餐饮事业起步于运营管理,后又潜心学习和钻研烹饪,并与多个米其林大厨合作,其中包括法国著名的米其林三星大厨Alain Ducasse,以提升自己的行业造诣和视野。罗伟杰先生丰富而多元化的餐饮管理运营及厨师经验,使其非常善于把控餐饮成本、收益;营养搭配以及顾客满意度等多角度出发,为团队树立清新、可行的目标。

August 23, 2017 (Shenzhen) – Marco Polo Hotels Group has appointed Mr. Michael Loh as Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events of Marco Polo Shenzhen. Mr. Loh is an overseas Chinese in Malaysia and graduated from Monash University in Australia. He has over 12 years of experience in hospitality and culinary, with vast international experience in many international brands and dining group, such as Madarian Oritental, InterContinental, Hyatt, Marriott, Wharf Hotels, Dining Concept and Manna Catering Group in Hong Kong etc. His career started in Food & Beverage operating, and devotes himself to learning cooking. During this period, he studied and cooperated with many Michelin chefs which are including Mr. Alain Ducasse, the famous three stars Michelin chef in France, to improve his Industry attainments. With his possesses years of restaurant management and culinary for numerous renowned international brands, he is good at developed strategies to increase the traffic in ADD included but not limited to menu planning, marketing, refurbishing, budgeting. Defining clear objectives for the team in terms of costs, revenue, hygiene and guest satisfaction.
