Ms. Maggie Mi, who has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing of The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou, will oversee business development, sales execution, public relations, marketing, revenue management and room reservations, in order to reinforce the hotel’s status as a prestigious Forbes Five-Star hotel for six consecutive years and as the premier luxury hotel in Southern China.
Maggie has over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry including seven years in Reservations and Revenue Management and eight years as DOS and DOSM. A veteran known for being calm and highly efficient, Maggie built a solid foundation working for hotels like Shangri-La Hotel Harbin and Tianjin, The Ritz-Carlton, Haikou and Renaissance Haikou Hotel, and The Castle Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Dalian.
Prior to rejoining us, she was the Director of Sales and Marketing at InterContinental Kunming. In her last tenure, she played an integral role in leading a strong positive team in achieving outstanding results in both Rooms and Catering revenue.
