Marriott Bonvoy Customer Appreciation Dinner by Marriott International South China was hold at The Westin Pazhou on 5th July, 2019. The theme of the event was Probing Guangzhou, by presented a series of localize fusion in cuisine as well as China modern designer’s masterpiece, attending guests probed Guangzhou from food, fashion, entertainment, music and lighting to discover this historical city.
Mr. Gary Wat, China Top 10 fashion designer brought his up and coming costume in fashion show, with theme “Floral Faery” and “Moon Light and Sea” to start the night. Also Mr. Guo Chenghui’s art piece feature with lighting and music to projecting on the dinner table, all these element remind us the good memories and beauty of this city.
During the dinner, The Westin Pazhou culinary team used local and seasonal ingredients to transform in a mixed style, from signature South China fruits Lychee, lemon and basil perfume with roasted pigeon, double boiled duck soup with San Qi Tea, the most mystery and wow dessert – deep fried durian ice cream, all these amazing master crafted pairing with unique presentation surprised all the guests and gave them an unforgettable night.
Event service associates provided by The Westin Pazhou professional event team, Panorama, the highest floor ballroom in Pazhou area welcomed over 100 guests during the event and all attended guests were truly impressive by the service and the venue.
