From today till 30th November, W Guangzhou presents a Singaporean X Malaysian Food Festival, bring a brand new culinary experience to the city. Foodies in Guangzhou can enjoy an original food feast right here in town without flying to Singapore or Malaysia, experiencing exotic flavours through the tips of tongue.

本次“新加坡X马来西亚美食相遇”主题自助餐,由来自大马的广州W酒店的行政主厨 Alan Smith Wong 操刀,融合地道马来西亚风味,还原大马和新加坡地道菜肴,带来惊喜的美食体验。Alan Wong 采用多种食物原料和鲜香料、干香料打造地道新马风味:开胃菜有酸甜可口的大虾芒果沙拉,打开食客的层层味蕾;接着尝一口香醇的肉骨茶,仿佛置身在新加坡街头,感受来自东南亚美食魅力带来的冲击;热菜有冷当牛肉,在上面覆盖一层香浓的冷当酱和浓浓椰浆,与米饭搭配,香而不腻,在口中徘徊,令人回味;还有新加坡的咖喱煲仔鱼头,这道菜式看似烹饪方法简单,其实做工讲究,首先它看重香料的搭配,其次重视鱼的新鲜度,并且在煮的过程中不能让调料的味道掩盖鱼的鲜味,爽滑的鱼肉加上辛辣咖喱,入喉层次分明;除此以外,还有清新的班兰果冻和香草冻糕任君选择。宾客还可在用餐期间享用马来拉茶和柑橘柠檬蜜。
Chef Alan Smith Wong, Executive Chef of W Guangzhou from Malaysia immerses the authentic Southeast Asian cuisines in this delicacy festival, bringing a unique dining experience with the fusion embracing chef’s native culinary culture and his expertise. Signature dishes in The Kitchen Table include sour and sweet Prawn Mango Kerabu with endless aftertastes, the popular Singaporean street food — Bak Kut Teh, celebrated spicy Singapore claypot fish head curryfresh, tasty Beef Pangang, sweet Pandanus Infused Jelly and Vanilla Inspired Parfait. Guests will be served with Malaysian local La Tea and Citrus Lemon Tea.
