近日,牵动着无数美食爱好者和餐厅从业者心弦的“2021广州米其林摘星榜单”如期发布。今年的榜单上,共有33家必比登推荐餐厅,54家米其林餐盘餐厅,最受瞩目的摘星榜单有17家餐厅上榜,其中,14家一星餐厅,3家二星餐厅。

The “2021 Guangzhou Michelin Stars List” has been released.  This year, Guangzhou has 33 Bibendum-recommended restaurants, 54 Michelin plate restaurants, and 17 on the most-watched stars list.  Of these 17 restaurants, 14 have one-star and 3 have been awarded two-stars.  

与去年相比,今年的摘星名单上出现了一间开张不到半年的新秀——“泰安门”,并一举摘得米其林二星的殊荣,在仅有的3个二星餐厅中坐拥一席,着实令广州的美食爱好者们眼前一亮。而泰安门餐厅所位于的五星级白金酒店——“广州花园酒店”,还另有3间餐厅上榜,成为了国内唯一同时拥有1家米其林二星餐厅和3家米其林餐盘推荐餐厅的酒店。

This year’s star-winning new-comer is the Taian Table.  After opening less than half a year ago, it has already been awarded two Michelin stars in one fell swoop.  This means that this favorite among Guangzhou’s food-lovers takes its place among only three two-star restaurants in the area.  The five-star platinum hotel where the Taian Table is located, the Garden Hotel Guangzhou, also has three other restaurants on the list.  It has become the only hotel in China to have one two-star Michelin restaurant and three Michelin recommended restaurants at the same time.  

广州花园酒店上榜的4家餐厅分别是:勇夺米其林二星的“泰安门”西餐厅;屡获米其林推荐、此次获得餐盘奖的“桃园馆”精致中餐厅;4月焕然升级后,蝉联米其林餐盘奖的“荔湾亭”粤菜餐厅;今年新张便崭露头角、餐盘奖榜上有名的“斯蒂勒餐厅”。

The Garden Hotel Guangzhou has four restaurants that all appeared on the list.  The first is the Taian Table, a Western restaurant that won two Michelin stars.  Second, the Peach Blossom.  This is an exquisite Chinese restaurant that has been recommended by Michelin and won a plate award this year.  Third, the Lai Wan A Cantonese Kitchen has been awarded the Michelin Plate award for a second time.  And fourth, Xin Zhang has emerged as the famous “Stiller restaurant” on the plate award list.

The Taian Table restaurant is run by an international team led by renowned chef Stefan Stiller.  The first “Taian Table” restaurant is located in Shanghai and also has two Michelin stars.  Chef Stiller decided to bring the same high-level production and unique atmosphere to Guangzhou.  Installed in the Garden Hotel Guangzhou, this second Taian Table has a private gourmet secret garden in the city center with an exquisite open kitchen.  The restaurant has maintained the brand’s luxurious style.  It selects only the best seasonal ingredients from around the world and reflects the beauty of nature.  The restaurant’s creative culinary team produces a new menu every eight weeks that reflects the change of each season. 

桃园馆餐厅堪称广州经典中餐厅的代名词,由擅长传统古法烹饪的国际五星总厨温思恩师傅主理。餐厅以三国演义故事为主线而设计,体现中国优秀文化传统中的仁、义、礼、智、信,荟萃经典粤菜及大江南北的锦绣美馔,寓意“集四方食客,结天下之交”。

Peach Blossom is the classic Chinese restaurant in Guangzhou.  It is managed by the internationally acclaimed five-star chef Wen Sien whose specialty is traditional Chinese cuisine.  The restaurant’s design reflects the classic literary theme of the Three Kingdoms.  This expresses China’s cultural traditions through the virtues of benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom, and faith. Here you can find classic Cantonese cuisine and delicacies from both north and south.  

荔湾亭餐厅主营地道粤菜,并依据广州昔日著名的荔枝湾夜市而设计出荔树扶疏、榕树瓜棚等特色的西关韵景。荔湾亭行政总厨梁汉森师傅正式土生土长的广州人,多年潜心钻研传统粤菜及粤式点心,并坚持全手工制作点心,让从原汁原味见美食本心。

Lai Wan A Cantonese Kitchen specializes in authentic Cantonese cuisine.  The restaurant is based on the famous historical Lizhiwan Night Market in Guangzhou.  Chef Leung Hansen, a native of Guangzhou, has devoted himself to mastering traditional Cantonese cuisine and dim sum for many years.  He insists that dim sum should be made by hand to create the best flavors.  

斯蒂勒餐厅毗邻泰安门,同样由泰安门餐厅的主厨Stiller主理,并以他的名字命名。与泰安门相比,斯蒂勒餐厅的菜肴一方面遵循了Stiller主厨的当代欧洲料理风格,另一方面又不乏随性的创作。并且,斯蒂勒餐厅的环境更为开放,全景式落地窗使整个餐厅沐浴在自然光之下,流淌出轻松精致的氛围,为食客带来愉悦的享受。

The Stiller restaurant is located next to the Taian Table.  It is also managed by chef Stiller and bears his name.  Like the Taian table, the Stiller restaurant follows the contemporary European style of cuisine, but also innovates with new pairings and flavors.  The decor of the Stiller restaurant is also more open.  The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the entire restaurant in natural light.
