The Chinese restaurant Yue Jing Xuan at Park Hyatt Guangzhou has recently launched single dining set menus. There is an old saying in China: To the people, foodstuff is all-important; to the foodstuff, safety is all-important. Reassuringly safe dining has always been a top priority at Park Hyatt Guangzhou. Chinese Chef Huang uses only the freshest seasonal ingredients, taking balanced nutrition into full consideration to create three set menus, each including appetizers, barbecue combinations or other meats, organic vegetables, noodles or dim sum, seasonal fruits and Cantonese desserts. Different from the traditional sharing-style Chinese dining, the set menus are more about one portion for one person. Dining at Yue Jing Xuan, guests can enjoy the well balanced Chinese dishes while indulging in panoramic views of Guangzhou.

The Chinese restaurant Yue Jing Xuan, an exquisite venue serving fine Cantonese cuisine, is located on the 68th floor of Park Hyatt Guangzhou.
The restaurant features eight, distinctly designed private dining suites and a spacious dining hall with enchanting views of the city. All the suites are furnished with lounge seating and a private washroom, providing guests with the ultimate in comfort and privacy. “Dining in the kitchen” describes the restaurant’s concept. With the food preparation taking place in a dynamic show kitchen, presenting seasonal choices using select vegetables, imported meat and fresh seafood, Yue Jing Xuan offers Cantonese cuisine with an emphasis on quality ingredients and flavors.
